In my portfolio, I would like to share with you some of my instructional design documents that were required for the different projects I participated in for the various courses I studied during my master program.

One of the courses I studied during my Master degree program is "Human Performance Technology or HPT" This course taught me how to be a professional educational performance consultant.
Human performance Technology is the science of discovering the hidden reasons behind a certain problem that could impede the workflow of any process in any organization.
Through applying human performance technology models and strategies, a consultant could figure out the underlying reasons for the unsatisfying performance of workers within organizations, and hence can design one intervention or more to improve the organizations working performance.
This document demonstrates the methodologies and strategies applied to discover the causes of a performance problem in an educational settings (university).

As a consultant, after analyzing a performance problem of the workflow and workers in any organization, a number of issues could be revealed.
The performance consultant starts to create a "High Level Design" document that includes a number of interventions that could close the performance gaps between the current performance and the targeted performance.
This document has eight interventions that could improve the performance of teachers in the university.

The performance consultant could be asked to develop one intervention in detail. This document demonstrates an intervention ( camera system in classroom) in details to improve the performance of ESL teachers in the university.
The intervention shall improve the quality of the feedback system that will be applied between the teaching department and the teachers.
